The Continuing Competence Program (CCP) Program enacts/executes/exerts/fulfills the requirements of the Agrology Profession Regulation (Section 16, 18) to ensure, as stated on Section 43(2) of the Agrology Profession Act , “regulated members […] maintain competence and […] enhance the provision of professional services.”

Please be aware that 75% of your CCP required hours must support your Practice Area(s).

Individuals who are accepted into the agrology profession as an Agrologist In-Training or as an Agrology Technologist In-Training are encouraged to start logging CCP hours when they join the institute but will not be checked for logged hours the year they are accepted into the institute. Members must record the all the CCP hours required as a professional the year after they are accepted into the institute as a member.
